Mercury-Free Fillings
Natural
tooth-colored fillings are becoming the preferred method and are
frequently used in place of mercury fillings. Limited case studies
have even shown that use of certain tooth-colored materials can
actually strengthen a tooth, making it a better choice than previously
used metal fillings. Two types of tooth-colored materials used are
ceramic and composite.

Makeover.

Periodontal Treatment
Treating
Periodontal disease is an investment in your health, and with prompt treatment and
regular dental visits, the majority of patients can keep their teeth
for a lifetime.
After evaluating your periodontal health, Dr. Ellis will work with you
to develop a treatment plan that best fit your needs.
When caught in time, simple procedures are done that will remove the plaque and
calculus from below the gum line. If the disease has advanced further
or where the
periodontal pockets are deep and supporting bone is lost, additional
treatment could be recommended.

Root Canals
This process
involves the removal of infected pulp from a tooth and our staff is
expertly qualified to perform this procedure. With the patient under
anesthesia, we then will enter into the crown of the tooth removing the
damaged pulp, cleaning the surrounding area, and then applying a metal
or ceramic crown.
